Destination and Event-Based Bus Transportation Service
Skedaddle is a destination and event-based bus transportation service, mainly in the New York and Boston metropolitan areas. It differs from other bus transportation in that it takes users directly to a destination, such as a ski resort or an event, such as a concert. It started out a crowd-sourced bus-transportation service and pivoted during the time I was there. A lean approach is used to build, measure, and learn about the product.

Target Audience
The primary target audience is active urbanites who enjoy outdoor activities and events. This product is trying to solve the pain point of individuals attending destination & events around metropolitan areas without a car (or those who doesn’t want to drive).
